Keystone Comic Con is THE destination for comic and pop culture fans in the great city of Philadelphia! Keystone Comic Con delivers the content you crave: from legendary comic talent, comic publishers, and iconic celebrities to incredible cosplay, live music, gaming and so much more. It’s the con Philly needs and deserves!

WHO IS THE ORGANIZER?

Keystone Comic Con is another epic event by ReedPOP and features a full team dedicated to delivering a once in a lifetime experience for you and your friends! ReedPOP also runs New York Comic Con, C2E2, Star Wars Celebration, Emerald City Comic Con, BookCon and the PAX shows among many others around the globe. We know how to run a great event and we are bringing the heat to Philly! Get excited!

Mark your calendars, scribble the dates on your wall, and set a reminder on your mobile jawn’s! Keystone Comic Con is coming back to the great city of Philadelphia on August 23-25, 2019 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. We used our TARDIS to check in on the upcoming show and trust us, you are not going to want to miss it.

WHERE IS KEYSTONE COMIC CON?

Keystone Comic Con will be taking place at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in the great city of Philadelphia! The address is 1101 Arch St, Philadelphia, PA 19107

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

There are many parking options—both garages and lots—conveniently located within blocks of the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

HOW MUCH DOES KEYSTONE COMIC CON COST?

Keystone Comic Con offers a variety of ticket options for fans and they all vary in price. Check back closer to the show for specific ticket options and pricing.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS TO KEYSTONE COMIC CON?

Great question but we can’t give that away just yet! We will announce the ticket on sale date this Spring.

WHO NEEDS A TICKET?

All attendees six-years-old and up need a ticket for Keystone Comic Con. Kids 6-12 must purchase a Kids 3-Day ticket to attend the show. For those 13 and over, purchase of an adult ticket is required. Please be prepared to show proof of age onsite. Please note: all minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian.

WHAT’S UP WITH THE KIDS TICKETS?

Kids 3-Day tickets are for all fans ages 6-12. Similar to other tickets, Kids 3-Day tickets can and will sell out, so be sure to get tickets for your kids early. Please be prepared to show proof of age onsite. Once all Kids 3-Day tickets are sold out, no more will be released. Don’t sleep!

WHAT IS THE TICKET MAILING DEADLINE?

If you are purchasing your tickets on or before the ticket mailing deadline your tickets will be mailed via USPS to the address you enter. International orders will have the option to have tickets mailed or picked up at Will Call. If you order 5 or more tickets, please note that UPS shipping will be automatically added to your order to ensure delivery. If you purchase your ticket after the ticket mailing deadline, you will have to wait in line at Will Call to pick up your tickets. WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY TICKET?

Fans who bought their tickets after the ticket mailing deadline can pick up their tickets at the Will Call desk within Fan Services. Please bring your photo ID and your confirmation email (either printed or displayed on a mobile device).

WILL YOU HAVE TICKETS FOR SALE AT THE DOOR?

We recommend you purchase your tickets to Keystone Comic Con as early as possible. We anticipate that there will be a high demand for tickets and we wouldn’t want you to miss out! If there are tickets still available, you will be able to purchase them at our Registration area within Fan Services. However, if tickets sell out before the Show, no more will be made available to purchase. Don’t sleep on getting your tickets early!

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE FOR TICKET PURCHASE?

Our ticket vendor accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Sorry, no galleons or crab fries accepted. For full terms of service, please click here

IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?

Sorry but we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for tickets purchased to Keystone Comic Con. Once you buy your Keystone Comic Con ticket, it’s yours to have and to hold forever….or at least until Keystone Comic Con 2018! And Now a Word From Out Legal Team…

Tickets and/or badges (“Badges”) for the event (“Event”) are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be reproduced, resold or upgraded. The unauthorized resale or attempted resale of the Badge is prohibited and will constitute a forfeiture of the Badge without compensation. Each Badge must be used by the same person (the “Attendee”) for each day of the Event. The Event’s operating hours, schedules, guests and speakers are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Each Badge is a revocable license to attend the Event. All panels, autographing, photo ops, special events, show features and performances are subject to availability and access is not guaranteed and/or may require an additional fee. ReedPOP is not responsible for lost or stolen Badges. The Attendee acknowledges there are hazards and risks of physical injury or illness to Attendees of the Event and that not all such hazards or risks can be fully eliminated. By accepting this Badge and attending the Event, the Attendee freely and voluntarily agrees to assume the full risk of bodily injury or property damage, regardless of severity, or death that Attendee may sustain as a result of attending the Event, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of ReedPOP. WHY HAVEN’T MY TICKETS ARRIVED YET?

Patience friends! Patience! We will start shipping tickets in late summer 2018. Our ticket mailing deadline is August 8th, 2018 and the majority of our tickets will start shipping after that. Please check your Keystone Comic Con order confirmation email to confirm that your mailing address is correct. No address changes are permitted after August 6th, 2018. DOES KEYSTONE COMIC CON HAVE AN ACCESSIBILITY PROGRAM?

Yes! ReedPOP and Keystone Comic Con are committed to providing accommodations to those with accessibility requests. The Pennsylvania Convention Center is fully ADA compliant. WILL THE MERCHANDISE I ORDERED ARRIVE WITH MY TICKETS?

Your Keystone Comic Con exclusive merchandise will arrive separately from your tickets. Rest assured that you will receive it in plenty of time to look your con best at the show!

CAN I BUY A TICKET EVEN IF I DON’T LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES?

International orders will have the option to have tickets mailed or picked up at Will Call.

RULES AND POLICIES

SECURITY AT KEYSTONE COMIC CON

The safety and security of our staff, exhibitors and attendees is our priority. We work closely with the venue, corporate security, state, local and federal law enforcement authorities to identify risks, assess them and develop security plans for our events. Everyone attending Keystone Comic Con should be aware or the following security measures:

  • Security will be onsite at all times to assist you during all aspects of Keystone Comic Con
  • Everyone must wear their Keystone Comic Con badge at all times. This includes exhibitors, vendors, attendees, guests (speakers, talent, artists), professionals, press, staff, and crew.
  • A fully operational security team following our vetted procedures is in place at all times during Keystone Comic Con. Bag checks may occur at Keystone Comic Con.
  • Walkthrough or hand held scanners may be used at Keystone Comic Con
  • Any CCTV in operation at Keystone Comic Con is monitored and recorded
  • Uniformed and undercover security will be in attendance at Keystone Comic Con
  • Uniformed and undercover Police may be in attendance at Keystone Comic Con
  • Canine Security and Detection may be used in or around Keystone Comic Con

Everyone attending Keystone Comic Con is requested to:

  • Keep personal property with you at all times and do not leave any items unattended
  • If you see something, say something. Report anything that looks unusual, suspicious, or out of place to Keystone Comic Con staff or security immediately
  • Remain patient and courteous during security checks and follow the instructions of Keystone Comic Con staff and security at all times
  • Properly dispose of your Keystone Comic Con badge inside the venue or keep it as a souvenir – please do not sell it to scalpers or throw it away in trash cans outside the venue where it could be picked up
  • Carry a valid form of photo ID at all times
  • You as a fan are able to help us improve event security, fan safety and the overall happiness of everyone at or near Keystone Comic Con. While everyone attending Keystone Comic Con knows about costumes and props, the citizens of Philadelphia may be unaware of Keystone Comic Con and mistake prop weapons for real weaponry. If you have a weapon or prop that might intimidate or scare people, please be mindful of it as you carry it throughout the city streets and on public transit. If you have a weapon that might be misconstrued as a real weapon, please keep it concealed and do not carry it out in the open as you travel through Philadelphia. We would hate to cause unnecessary panic, upset, or unwarranted calls to 911. We really appreciate you being mindful of this and using common sense when it comes to props and costuming!

WHAT DO I DO IF I FIND OR LOSE SOMETHING?

Losing stuff isn’t fun (ugh, we’ve been there), but we want to make sure all belongings find their owners during Keystone Comic Con. Please bring all found items to Fan Services located just past the Grand Hall. The Lost and Found is located in our Fan Services area. If you have lost something our crew members in Fan Services will assist you. Think of it as a beautiful little room where all of your lost jawn’s are taken care of and just waiting there to be reunited with you.

WHAT IF I REQUIRE FIRST AID OR MEDICAL ATTENTION?

If you require first aid or medical attention, please contact any member of the Keystone Comic Con Crew or Staff. Additionally, you may visit First Aid in the Philadelphia Convention Center.

WHAT IF I AM HARASSED?

Harassment of any kind, including stalking, deliberate intimidation, unwelcome physical attention, physical assault and battery, will not be tolerated at Keystone Comic Con. If it's illegal outside the convention center, it's illegal inside the convention center. Harassment is grounds for removal from the convention without refund as well as potential legal action. We want Keystone Comic Con to be a safe, open and accepting environment for all fans. If you are being harassed, witness someone else being harassed or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the Keystone Comic Con staff immediately. We are happy to contact our security or local law enforcement, provide escort, a safe place or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to make sure they feel safe for the duration of the show. You can also report an incident via the Keystone Comic Con Mobile App. To do so, tap the Anti-Harassment Policy icon and follow the steps under Report Harassment. Please fill out the form in as much detail as possible so we can address the situation immediately and thoroughly. If you’re still in the area where the incident took place and you feel safe to stay there, our security team will meet you there.

WHAT IS YOUR HARASSMENT POLICY?

Keystone Comic Con has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to:

  • stalking
  • intimidation
  • offensive verbal comments
  • physical assault and/or battery
  • harassing or non-consensual photography or recording
  • sustained disruption of Panels, signings, and other events
  • bathroom policing
  • inappropriate physical contact
  • unwelcome physical attention

in relation to, but not limited to:

  • race
  • color
  • national origin
  • gender
  • gender identity
  • gender presentation
  • sexual orientation
  • age
  • body size
  • disability
  • appearance
  • religion
  • citizenship
  • pregnancy

If a person engages in harassing behavior of any kind our staff will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from Keystone Comic Con with no refund. Our policy applies to EVERYONE at the convention. Exhibitors, fans (attendees), speakers, guests, professionals, press, staff, crew and security are all subject to our Anti-Harassment policy and will be held to the same standards and disciplinary action.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CHILD, FRIENDS, FAMILY OR I GET SEPARATED?

For assistance locating a lost party, please contact a Keystone Comic Con Crew or Staff Member. We suggest that when you arrive at Keystone Comic Con you and your party pick a location to meet in case anyone does get lost. In addition, we highly recommend you fill out the information section on the back of the kids’ badges so that we can contact you in the event you and your child get separated.

CAN I BRING A SUITCASE, STROLLER, HANDCART OR SOMETHING SIMILAR TO THE SHOW?

Space is limited at Keystone Comic Con and we want to make sure everyone can easily move around the show. The following items are not permitted in the Show Floor:

  • Large strollers (umbrella or similar sized strollers are permitted)
  • Rolling luggage larger than 22”L x 14”W x 9”H
  • Handcarts
  • Trolleys
  • Cosplay wings spanning wider than 4’ from wingtip to wingtip

Due to space limitations, all of these items are not permitted in any of our panel rooms either.

If your item can be easily collapsed, you may be able to store it against the wall of a panel room, but please check with Staff at each room to ensure space availability.

WHAT IS YOUR WEAPONS POLICY?

Management shall have sole discretion in any matter that they believe may affect public safety or be important to protect the integrity of the event. Please review our entire weapons policy before attending Keystone Comic Con. Failure to adhere to our policy may result in your item being confiscated or your removal from the show without refund. If you’re bringing, buying or selling something that could maim, damage or cause serious bodily harm, we’re going to take issue.

The following items are forbidden from Keystone Comic Con:

  • Functional firearms (this also includes air soft guns, BB guns, cap guns, paintball guns and pellet guns)
  • Realistic replica firearms (including reproduction, fake or toy guns that can be confused for functional firearms)
  • Functional projectile weapons (including blow guns, crossbows, long bows, silly string, slingshots, water balloons and water guns)
  • Sharpened metal-bladed weapons (including axes, daggers, hatches, knives, kunai, shuriken, swords, sword canes and switch blades)
  • Explosives (including firecrackers and fireworks)
  • Chemical weapons (including mace and pepper spray)
  • Blunt weapons (including brass knuckles, hockey sticks, clubs, nunchaku, baseball bats)
  • Hard prop weapons (including props made of metal, fiberglass and glass)
  • Instruments that cause excessive noise levels like vuvuzelas, grenades, whistles and grenade horns
  • Whips
  • Aerosol mustard
  • Prop weapons will be allowed providing they are composed of foam or cardboard only. Prop firearms are allowed only if they cannot be mistaken for real weapons. The barrel of all prop weapons must be covered with brightly-colored caps. Prop bows will be allowed providing they have soft tips.

HOW DO I MAKE MY PROP WEAPON SAFE TO BRING TO THE SHOW?

Prop weaponry is allowed on the condition that it is comprised of light materials such as foam, cardboard or a lighter wood/wood composite.

Reproductions, fake or toy guns are permitted provided they have a brightly colored cap on the barrel.

Metal-bladed weapons must be dull and kept in its sheath at all times. Please visit one of our Prop Check stations to have it tagged.

Projectile weapons may be brought if the arrow/bolt tips are covered or foam.

Please use your common sense - if your prop can be mistaken for a real weapon, do not bring it.

WHAT HAPPENS AT YOUR PROP CHECK STATIONS?

We utilize trail tape or zip ties to mark items as ‘safe’ and inspected. Once we have tagged your item, you are not permitted to remove it. We do our best to ensure that the trail tape can be easily hidden for photos. For items that go into sheaths, we will use zip ties, provided that it will not damage the sheath.

CAN MY COSPLAY PROP BE CONFISCATED?

In the event you bring a prop that is deemed unsafe for the show, you have the option of returning it to your car/home or we will confiscate your item. Your item may be picked up at the end of the day at Fan Services located past the Grand Hall between the hours of 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM on Friday and Saturday and 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sunday. Any items that are not picked up by Sunday at 6:00 PM will be discarded.

WHAT DOES KEYSTONE COMIC CON THINK OF BOOTLEGS?

We don’t like them! The buying and selling of counterfeit/knock-off/unlicensed materials is not tolerated at Keystone Comic Con. Keystone Comic Con is a celebration of the best of pop culture and bootlegs have no place at our show. Violation of this rule will result in one and only one warning. A second violation and you'll be removed from the show.

CAN MINORS ATTEND KEYSTONE COMIC CON UNSUPERVISED?

All minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian. Please note: some content may not be appropriate for all audiences. Parental discretion is advised.

CAN YOU WATCH MY KIDS?

Sorry, Keystone Comic Con does not provide child care services on site.

IS THERE A COAT CHECK/BAG CHECK?

There is a coat check on site to check any coats, bags and other small items during your time at the show.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES/VIDEO AT THE SHOW?

For the most part, you're welcome to take still pictures and video at Keystone Comic Con; however, please note that all photography and recording is prohibited during panels and screenings. Also, please understand that guests may or may not pose for photographs with fans. Guests have a right to their privacy, and if they ask not to have their picture taken, please respect their wishes.

ARE SELFIE STICKS ALLOWED?

Come on now! You have arms for a reason! No, selfie sticks are not allowed at Keystone Comic Con. We strongly encourage taking awesome selfies in all permitted areas, though—just leave the selfie sticks at home!

WILL I BE ON CAMERA?

In exchange for the opportunity to register and attend Keystone Comic Con, I hereby grant permission to Reed Exhibitions (a division of RELX Inc.), its employees and agents, to take, use and publish visual/audio/images of me at Keystone Comic Con, and I hereby waive any claim to compensation for use of such visual/audio/images. Visual/audio/images are any type of recording, including photographs, digital images, drawings, renderings, voices, sounds, video recordings, audio clips or accompanying written descriptions. I agree that Reed Exhibitions owns the images and all rights related to them. The images may be used by Reed Exhibitions in any manner or media without notifying me, such as the Keystone Comic Con website, publications, promotions, broadcasts, advertisements, and posters, for advertising or other related purposes. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished images or any printed or electronic matter that may be used with them.

DO YOU OFFER WHEELCHAIRS FOR DISABLED ATTENDEES?

Wheelchairs, scooters, information booths, designated parking, TDD telephones and other services are available for fans with disabilities. Check back closer to the show for details about renting wheelchairs/electric scooters.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

No. The only animals permitted in the Pennsylvania Convention Center are service animals. We love animals as much as you, but you are going to have to leave your pets at home.

IS THERE A MOBILE APP?

Absolutely! The Keystone Comic Con Mobile App is the best source for up to the minute information, maps and information on the show. We highly encourage you to download it now. For more details and to download it please go here. 

HOW DO I PURCHASE A PHOTO OP?

Once available, you will be able to purchase photo ops prior to the show via a designated sales page. Photo ops range in cost from approximately $30 all the way up to over $100 for solo and group photo ops. You are able to have up to 4 adults in your photo with the purchase of 1 photo op. If you wish to buy photo ops onsite, please bring cash. Credit cards are not accepted for photo ops onsite (but we do have ATMs in the area in case you forget). We do encourage you to pre-purchase Photo Ops as sessions can sell out quickly.

HOW DO I PURCHASE AN AUTOGRAPH?

Autographs can range in cost from free up to over $100 per autograph. Our autographing guests may provide 8x10 headshots for autographing OR they will autograph an item you bring with you, such as a comic book, photograph or other media/memorabilia. Autographing guests reserve the right to limit how many items they will sign for you. It is up to their discretion at the time of the signing. Autographs are cash only and credit cards are not accepted (but we do have ATMs in the area in case you forget). We do encourage you to pre-purchase Autographs as sessions can sell out quickly.

WHERE CAN I FIND FOOD AT THE SHOW

There are plenty of convenient locations throughout the Pennsylvania Convention Center and there are plenty of options within walking distance of Keystone Comic Con too. The Reading Terminal Market is attached to the building and features some of the best food in the city! You can also check out our Food Guide to help find the best place for you and your crew to grab a bite to eat.

WHAT IS ARTIST ALLEY?

Artist Alley is the place to rub elbows with the greatest pencilers, inkers and writers from every corner of the comic book universe. Artist Alley is located on the show floor.
